Hazelnuts?

Does someone have a good recipe that involves fresh whole hazelnuts? I'm trying to think up something creative.

  1. roast it up with pork :)
kidding, hazelnuts are very good roasted and thrown into a dandelion salad. Throwing tofu into it adds some great texture change.

  2. You can make brownies of them:
250 hazelnuts or macadamia nuts (chopped or whole, I prefer chopped)
125 grams of dark chocolate (melted)
    125 grams butter (melted)
170 grams of self-raising flour (or add some baking soda)
    220 grams of brown sugar
mix, and bake 25-30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius (in a low form, the result should be around 3 centimetres high), and done!

I score every time with this recipe :)
