roast it up with pork :) kidding, hazelnuts are very good roasted and thrown into a dandelion salad. Throwing tofu into it adds some great texture change.
You can make brownies of them: 250 hazelnuts or macadamia nuts (chopped or whole, I prefer chopped) 125 grams of dark chocolate (melted) 125 grams butter (melted) 170 grams of self-raising flour (or add some baking soda) 220 grams of brown sugar mix, and bake 25-30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius (in a low form, the result should be around 3 centimetres high), and done!
