Applesauce

Crockpot Applesauce

Apples; peeled, cut in half cored, and chopped again into equal size bits
Lemon
Brown/white sugar
Water
(I won't give exact measurments because we never use them.)

Add cut up apples to crockpot. Even sized peices makes smooth applesauce. If they're different then it will be chunky. Add lemon peel, sugar (you can always add more at the end) and a little bit of water. Cook on high. Stir occasionally. Ours turned out pretty good!
